What is cyber bullying?

 

Cyber bullying is when someone uses an electronic device  to bully someone else. Think of it as getting bullied but you can't see the person who's doing it. Cyber bullying is made up of messages that are usually not the kindest ones you'll receive in your life time. Sometimes cyber bullying starts with an actual bully who wants to take bullying to the next level.
